Multi-award winning Nollywood actor, Joseph Benjamin, is sponsoring no fewer than 13 boys to the FCB ESCOLA Lagos Soccer School Academy, which is due to commence later this month.
The popular talented actor visited Teslim Balogun Stadium to pick up the registration form for the 13 kids he intended to sponsor for the upcoming soccer academy programme.
He posted the above photo on his instagram page and wrote; "@fcbarcelona @BarcadeNigeria Ok guys we Promised and we delivered these are the hopefuls for the @fcb_escola Soccer academy they all came for their registration the try outs start on the 19th of September I am hoping if not all at least a handful will make it through to the academy let's do this @onemgt. Let's support someone's dream."
It was learnt that in the previous week, the trio of actor, Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), singer Bankole Wellington (Banky W) and rapper, Jude Abaga (M.I) visited the Lagos Sports Commission office at the Teslim Balogun Stadium to pick up forms for the kids they are sponsoring as well.
RMD is sponsoring 10 kids for the FCBSCOLA Lagos Soccer Academy, while the duo of Banky W and M.I are also sponsoring 10 kids to the academy.
This is part of their contribution towards helping young Nigerian talented kids discover their potentials quite early, especially the less privilege ones.
